Generally speaking, the starting point and ending point of a situation can be regarded as a process, you can try to use this concept to disassemble your scenario!

Create process steps:

1. Click "+" in the process block to create a process

2. Process naming

Name your process to make it easier to distinguish. To facilitate the future search process, it is recommended that you name it hierarchically. It is because the search is based on the prefix to find the process, so the same type of process can be named with the prefix of the setting. For example: quick reply-text, quick reply-album.

3. If you want to add more processes, please click "+" in the process block

4. Move the cursor to the process and four symbols will appear. The functions from left to right are move up, move down, copy, and delete. Moving the process up or down can facilitate your organization and design of the entire process, and will not affect the sequence of bot operations.

5. Search process

If you have a large number of processes, please click the magnifying glass icon when searching for a process, and then fill in the name of the process you want to search.
