Welcome to the Super 8 tutorial, this article will guide you how to add messages to favorites. Adding messages to favorites allows you to quickly find important messages and mark significant conversation content.
To favorite a message in the chat conversation page
First, hover your mouse cursor over the message you wish to favorite. Two icons will appear next to the time: add to favorites and share message. Click on the left "☆" icon to add to favorites.
Click on the "☆" icon next to the default template in the upper right corner to view your favorited messages. If you wish to unfavorite a message, simply hover your mouse over the message and click on the "☆" next to the time to unfavorite it.
Reminder: Favorited messages are only visible to you and will not be shared with members of the organization.
