After connecting to the third-party service platform, any history messages before the connection will not be kept. If there is an ongoing conversation with the customer, it is recommended that making the connection after the process completion.

If you want to import customer messages from the original LINE official account, it is recommended to use the LINE official account to broadcast messages from the backend. The message can be designed to guide the customer to respond. After the customer responds, you can see the dialogue on the Super 8 platform.
