Super 8 users sometimes encounter the situation that messages have not been directed to Super 8 platform. This is because Facebook and LINE will update the connection token from time to time, which will cause disconnection.

Facebook update procedures:

"Fan Page Administrator" can go to "Organization Settings" > "Fan Page Connection Settings" and click "Update Application" on the Super 8 platform.

LINE update procedures:

"LINE Official Account Administrator" can go to "Organization Settings" > "Account Connect Settings" and click "Update Application" on the Super 8 platform.

After clicking "Update Settings", the following screen will appear. Please go to LINE Developer backend to find the corresponding information and fill it in.

After the update, please use your personal Facebook/LINE account to send a message to your fan page/LINE official account to confirm if the message has been directed to the Super 8 platform normally.

Please note: After the update is successful, the messages during the disconnection will not be automatically directed to Super 8 platform. Unless the customer sends you a message again, the message will be directed to Super 8 platform.

If, after you complete the update according to the above procedures, the message still fails to be directed to the Super 8 platform, please disconnect with the LINE official account or Messenger first, and then proceed to reconnect.
