When a red dot appears on the Notification Inbox, it means you have new messages. There are four main types of messages:

1. Invitation message

Those invited by the organizations will receive an invitation notification. Or, when members of an organization join in or being removed out, a notification will also come in the inbox.

2. Problematic message

The format of the sent message is incorrect or does not meet the specifications, which prevents the message from being sent. There is a "Copy Problem" at the lower right of each message. You can click "Copy Problem" to post the issue to the Super 8 team online customer service to check for advice or assistance.

3. Assigning message

You can see the notification messages of the assigned conversation.

4. Paid-plan message

To notify you that the paid plan is about to expire, you can click to renew the contract to purchase.

After clicking "Notification", the notification content will be displayed on the right.

Click "View Announcement Record" to read the version update and function update record of the Super 8 platform.

Click "Display The Latest Announcement" to see the latest announcement.
