GA4 Website Event Setting
Updated over a week ago

Please find "GA4 Automated Remarketing" in the Super 8 App Marketplace. The integration is divided into two parts:

  • GA4 Event Tracking - Download the event tracking file and import it into the GTM backend after downloading.

  • Official Website Data Integration - The backend will automatically display whether the organization has purchased the e-commerce membership module (e.g., Cyberbiz, SHOPLINE, Shopify). If not purchased, it will automatically select "Self-built Official Website (other platforms or without purchasing membership module)."

Please note, do not add "/" at the end of the "Official Website Data Integration" URL to avoid system detection errors that may cause anomalies.

GA4 events can be sent to LINE: only organizations that have purchased the "Member Binding Module" can directly use LINE to push official website event messages. For "Self-built Official Websites" or organizations "without purchasing the member binding," the "Shopping Cart Remarketing - Other Platforms" module must be used to push LINE messages.

If the organization is a "Self-built Official Website," please ensure the "Live Chat Official Website Conversation Plugin" is installed before pushing messages triggered by GA4 events.

If the organization is a "Self-built Official Website," it is important to ensure the generated code works by matching the installation URL with the Live Chat.
