The functions of Tag Manager in the group.
In the Super 8 platform, you can manually tag customers, or interact with customers through chatbot to automatically tag customers. You can delete customer tags on the customer profile page, or uniformly add new tags to a certain customer group by using the function of "Tag Manager".
There are two ways to find the tagged customer group.
The Super 8 platform provides two common operating methods to uniformly add new tags to a group of customers:
- Search from the message: You can enter the message text of the "keyword" that the customer has mentioned before, and set the time interval to find this group of customers.
- Search from the tags: You can enter the tags used by this group to find this group of customers.
When you search from the message, you can enter more than one keyword in the field, press [Enter] after typing, then you can set up a keyword, and then continue to enter the second keyword, and so on. The preset time interval is 7 days before the current day. You can select the interval yourself, and then press "Search" to get the results.
Customers screened out from the above results can be tagged with new tags again. This function helps to classify your customers more clearly as the target conditions for "remarketing".
When you search from a tag, first enter the tag name that the group has tagged in the input box, and the tags that meet the input conditions will be listed simultaneously. After the tag is selected, a tag will be established, and then continue to enter the second tag, and so on.
Customers screened out from the above results can be tagged with a new tag again. This function helps to classify your customers more clearly as the target conditions for "remarketing", or to facilitate other group members to recognize customer profiles, dealing with customer responses appropriately.
